John Mcewan 7th Seaforth Highlanders was the 22 year old Son of Mrs. Isabella McEwan, of 123, London Rd., Glasgow . He was killed in action on the 14th of July 1916 during the attack on Longueval The Somme . He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial Somme France
